Hey, blogspot readers, summer is in full swing with celebrations, beach fun, festivals and more especially in here in Chicago! SouthSide highly suggests taking full advantage of attending the following month-long events.

Please remember, most events are 21+ unless duly noted.

Summerfest in Milwaukee is already underway, blogspot readers. So show some love to SouthSide's band friends who are traveling northward to perform live there.

Full Moon Resort (Big Indian, NY) – Gaelic Storm’s Rag and Bone Workshop – bring your camping gear and instruments, campers, as well as your thirst to this unique music camp located within the Catskill Mountains. Led by the members of Gaelic Storm, it will be 4 days of camping, classes, music and stories (“I remember one day at band camp when...”). All levels of musicians are encouraged to attend including non-musicians who just want to hang out and drink a few pints with the band.
