SouthSide hopes you had a rockin' fun 2014 supporting local musicians as well as those who toured where you live. She did ...over 140+ shows, events and more were covered by this local scene queen. And boy, are her feet super tired!

Are you ready for 2015? Well, SouthSide is! Music festivals, concerts, interviews and so much more will be happening all over again beginning with the following events listed for the month of January.She highly recommends kicking off your 2015 by checking out what's happening in Chicago and Chicagoland area as well as places near you.

various venues - it's the Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival ...from Concord Music Hall to SPACE (Evanston, IL) as well as City Winery, House of Blues, Thalia Hall and Aragon Ballroom, this festival will feature live performances by The String Cheese Incident, Steve Earle, Lucero and Robert Randolph & The Family Band ...plus a special birthday performance by Eddy "Chief" Clearwater who will be celebrating his 80th at SPACE on Jan 9.
